Isn’t it easy to make a choice when a few selections are sitting right in front of your face? Let me give you a quick example. Think about picking the color for your bedroom wall. If we put 3 or 4 similar swatches up on the wall we ponder and flip-flop over the varieties. But if we were out on a jog or a walk and had to make the choice the color we wanted would come to us much easier. The same goes for life. Let’s make choices now that set up a good day tomorrow.
Eat more protein. Drink more water. Move around more. Read something intelligent. Just get it done and don’t leave those things up to chance.
If you did that every day, wouldn’t every tomorrow look a little brighter?
