#52 Laser-like Focus

I heard a great analogy from a very wise man.

Light dispersed will fill an entire room.

Light that is focused is called a laser, and will cut metal or help perform a surgery.

Life is exactly like light. When you focus on something to the exclusion of everything else, you move the needle on what you are focusing on.

There are so many details involved with a life altering decision like recruiting. If you don’t go into it with laser-like focus, your decision making gets watered down and spread thin.  We are not at our best when we are spread thin.

Stay focused and intentional on what you want.  It increases the chances of hitting your target.
